Welcome

Welcome to our shop! It is our goal to produce ecological and labor friendly screenprinted clothing! We upcycle most of our clothing and reuse packaging for every shipment.

Payment

We accept paypal, money orders, checks, and cash. We are also open to trades! If you pay by mail, please email us to make sure you have a current mailing address. Orders are sent upon receipt of payment. Personal checks will incur a waiting period before shipment, to confirm that payment goes through.

Regarding nonpayment:

Please communicate if you have circumstances that must cause you to cancel an order.

Shipping

All items are sent standard mail, via the US Postal Service We use recycled or upcycled packaging for all orders. We do not insure or track items unless you specifically request and pay for this service OR if your order is more than $100.

If you would like special packaging, tracking, insurance, or a different form of shipping, please let us know. We will try to fulfil your requests. Fees may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we will happily refund your money or exchange the item, upon return receipt of the item. Buyer pays shipping - both for return and the second delivery. Please email us within 14 days of purchase for exchanges.

If you have not received an item, please let us know. Items are sometimes lost or damaged in the mail, and we are happy to try and remedy situations accordingly. If you have a large item that is lost, however, we cannot promise a replacement if you did not purchase tracking and insurance.

AND: We respect people who respect us. If you are an asshole about it, it is likely you will get significantly poorer service (but we will still refund/exchange items, as it is our policy).

Custom Orders & Prints

We happily do custom orders! We can print on shirts, bags, different colors or types of patch material, or whatever you like. We have a stock of blank shirts and bags that are available for printing.

Due to the greater amount of time and effort required in production, custom orders will incur an additional fee of $2. We will ask/inform you if fees are more than $2. If we have to purchase a new item to print on, they may also range from $5-10 (To be discussed on an individual basis). If we are creating a new print for you, costs may include that of creating a new silkscreen.

If you are requesting a custom order, please answer all the questions that we ask you in a prompt and considerate manner. They are probably important details that we need to know in order to fill your order.

Bulk Orders

Bulk prices are available. Please e-mail us with your request, if you are interested.

Privacy

Hootenanny Patches will never sell your information with anyone. Short of a court order or warrant, we will also not share your information with agencies or the law.
